New Zealand AIDS Foundation (NZAF) model and former express coverboy Alby Waititi fessed up to being “attracted to both” on last night’s episode of reality show The GC.

As the cliffhanger ending to the second episode of the controversial series, Alby and his new best friend Rosie sat discussing who they thought was the most attractive out of the group.

Rosie asks Alby, “Who did you think was the hottest there?”, before Alby replies, “Probably Zane… I mean, you’re hot too.”

Blonde bombshell Rosie is dating juiced-up Zane.

Rosie then presses Alby, “So what is your sexuality, if you don’t mind me asking?”

Alby says, “Well, I’m attracted to both”.

Alby has not been overly secretive with his sexuality – he spoke of his work with the NZAF in the first episode and his female room-mates felt comfortable showing off new underwear in front of him – but it appears that the show’s production team were waiting to address it.

Until asked directly by Rosie, Alby’s only mention of potential partners was when he asked another cast member if there would be any “talent” at the group’s first outing.

These conversations, like many in show, have been criticised for being stilted, or possibly even scripted.
