English popstar Mika has toyed with different labels for himself, but now says when others ask him if he’s gay, he says “yeah!”

The “Grace Kelly” singer told Instinct magazine, “If you ask me ‘am I gay?’, I say yeah. Are these songs about my relationship with a man? I say yeah. And it’s only through my music that I’ve found the strength to come to terms with my sexuality beyond the context of just my lyrics. This is my real life.”

Mika’s sexuality has been spoken about on and off since the singer became famous in 2007. When asked about his sexuality in 2009, Mika was reluctant to give himself a label, but said “call me whatever you want. Call me bisexual, if you need a term for me”.
