BREAKING NEWS: A cross-party bill for marriage equality is expected to be introduced to the Australian Federal Parliament on August 11.
The bill will be sponsored by Liberal MPs Warren Entsch and Teresa Gambaro, independents Andrew Wilkie and Cath McGowan and two Labor Party MPs.
The Liberal Party room is expected to decide on a free vote a week later on August 18.
